Double-Layer Bayman Pizza

This recipe has been passed to me from my mom. I have changed it a fair bit. I added the double-layer part. I was thinking one day that I have heard of Stuffed Crust Pizza, but I have never seen anyone put a layer of cheese right through the pizza. So I did it. The feedback from family & friends was great. Here is my recipe:

Pizza Dough
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 1-1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (add more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sprinkle of Garlic
 Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of Pizza Sauce (I use Ragu sauce)
  • 1 can of Vienna Sausages
  • Shredded Cheese (Any kind, & as much as you want)
  • Bacon
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
Make enough dough to make 1 1/2 Pizzas. Spread dough over pizza pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese over dough:

Spread the rest of the dough over the area that has the cheese on it. Creating a pocket of cheese.

Spread on the Sauce, sprinkle on Parm Cheese & Seasoning. Then slice up the Vienna Sausages, sprinkle them onto the pizza as well as the bacon. Top with Cheese.

Bake in the oven on 400 degrees. Until bottom of the pizza is golden & crispy (I don't time it, I just know when it's done, lol)

Let it cool, then slice & serve. ENJOY!

Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

The first dish I made after I made this blog. I found it online, but I have made some changes to it to suit my taste (& budget)

Found this recipe online & changed it a little to suit my liking:

What You Need

1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb.  Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
16 oz. Fresh broccoli florets
1 can  (10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. (8 oz.)  Cheese (any kind you prefer) grated

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PREPARE stuffing as directed on package.
COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing.
BAKE 40 min. or until chicken is done.
